This, spotted in Chicago, is probably meant to be a critique on the gentry moving in, but some have seen it as a statement on the unjust taxes on the wealthy.

    first step into a new game, called URBAN MONOPOLY

    I think anyone who’s played the game would understand this as a comment on gentrification and not taxing the wealthy. I think it’s really clever and funny.
