Actually, more like Mt. Adams 100 yrs ago.
Thats more what I was thinking.
Yeah, I was kind of thinking about the cyclical growth patterns of smaller urban cores like Cincinnati’s with the earlier note, but in reality, I don’t think Mt. Adams will ever revert to it’s old personality.
